Direct Credit/Cheque

Payment can also be made using direct credit (Online Banking). Alternatively you can deposit the funds manually into our bank account or if more convenient by cheque, please see our contacts page for our address.

Prices

Prices advertised are in New Zealand dollars inclusive of GST. Prices advertised on the website are exclusive of postage and packaging (the shopping cart price includes postage and packaging). Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

Delivery Time

We are committed to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible. If you require your order before a specific date please make sure you let us know as soon as possible.

Deliveries within New Zealand

All orders within New Zealand are delivered by courier therefore we can not be responsible for any delays incurred by the courier company. We endeavour to deliver within approximately 7 working days.

Overseas Deliveries

All overseas orders are posted, therefore we can not be responsible for any delays inccured by the postage company. We endeavour to post all overseas orders as soon as possible. If you require the order by a specific date please let us know so we can organise (please note: additional postage costs may apply).

Non Receipt of Order

If an order is not delivered and the delivery can not be traced, we will replace your order free of cost. However we are not responsible for non receipt of orders if you have provided insufficient address details. Therefore please ensure you provide your full correct address.

Returned Goods Policy

We will replace any plate returned to us which is deemed faulty, damaged or incorrect (Damaged goods refer to goods damaged during transit). Please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange for the return of the goods and for a new order to be processed. As our product is personalised to your requirements, the right to change your mind and receive a refund does not apply when using this site. Please ensure you have provided us with the correct details as we are not responsible for misspelled names or incorrect dates (unless it is our fault).
